Farlow House

In conjunction with the Wine Cellar project the client asked SLM to work on the private dwellings situated above the shop. We turned the original house in to 2 modern and sophisticated flats. We utilised the limited space available with efficiency. In addition the rear of the property had a garage space. SLM turned this unused space in to a new and contemporary house. We went 3metres (finished ceiling height) below ground level and built the house around a courtyard space. With glass internal doors we were able to brighten each room and showcase the variety of materials, concrete, metal, glass used.
